this basically is the fairgrounds, there is a lot of rides and amusement here.come here and get your groove on with festivals celebrating different cultures, and ways of life, and things like that, as well as food, rides, and good spirits. the catch of this is, it is all under a roof. the rides, the booths, everything is under the roof of the famous Pavilion, which has been home to the carnival since the opening in the early 90's.

Tons of space, trees, jogging areas, etc. Open to the public 24/7. Perfect spot to just get out of the house and to get some fresh air.
